Prolan Ltd. reforms its company structure

As of the beginning of 2012 Prolan will put into place a different company structure where we will consolidate the railway subsidiary and power network business into one entity under Prolan Process Control. With the acquisition of a majority share in IPSOL a smart technologies company earlier in 2011 we look to bolster our efforts in the field of providing energy management solutions to existing and developing markets.

Within Prolan Process Control we will have 3 core divisions:

Power Network Automation
Railway Automation
Energy Management – Smart Metering Solutions

This will give us greater flexibility and efficiency in the future whilst retaining our dedicated expertise in those fields. Power network automation and Energy Management is an example of a need to bring expertise together in order to develop more complex and integrated solutions, this can also be said for power network automation and railway automation.
