Strategic merger in the smart metering market

Prolan Process Control Co. bought 51% of IPSOL Ltd which makes IPSOL a new memeber of the Prolan Group.

Prolan Process Control Co. and Ipsol Ltd. both renowned suppliers to the Hungarian electrical power industry, and who have huge innovative potential in the rapidly growing energy efficiency sector, are to establish a strategic working alliance. The goal of the cooperation is to offer synergies in the area of research and development to the blossoming smart solutions market in order to serve existing and new clients with complex, state-of-the-art technologies.
