Being the main sponsor of the 4th Railway Telecommunications and Signalling Conference, organized by the Hungarian Scientific Association for Transport (KTE) in Sümeg  , Prolan Zrt. participated in Hungary’s largest professional event dedicated to railway signalling systems.

Whilst Márton Feldmann, Director of Railway Automation and Deputy CEO of Prolan Zrt., gave a presentation on the flexible applicability of the PRORIS-H system within the morning plenary session, emphasizing that there had been one new signalling system contract signed on the Hungarian railway network in the past four years only, which unsustainable situation calls for a real market and a long-term strategy.

Péter Csikós summarized practical experiences of automatic train operation later on in the afternoon, presenting forward-looking development proposals.

It is also important to note that MÁV’s strategic goals include the expansion of the Prolan WebPult system, marking another esssential step toward innovative railway digitalization.
