Polish–Hungarian Energy Dialogue: New Professional Connections and Opportunities for Cooperation
International Networking at the ENERGETAB Trade Fair
Prolan Irányítástechnikai Zrt. was represented by CEO Dániel Mráz, Tamás Szentendrei, and Máté Balicza, who attended the 39th ENERGETAB International Power Industry Fair in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, as visitors.
The trade fair provided an excellent opportunity to gain insight into current development trends, technological solutions, and market opportunities in the Polish energy sector. During professional meetings, our representatives gained valuable insights into the operation of Poland's electricity grids, grid management priorities, and potential areas for cooperation.
Grid Flexibility Takes Centre Stage at the Polish–Hungarian Energy Forum
The next step in strengthening international relations was the Polish–Hungarian Energy Forum, held on 6 October 2026 at HUNGEXPO in Budapest. The event was jointly organised by the Polish–Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and the Hungarian Electrotechnical Association (MEE).
Prolan participated in the event with its own exhibition stand, providing an opportunity to showcase our company's energy solutions and engage in direct discussions with industry professionals from Poland and Hungary.
One of the forum's key topics was enhancing the flexibility of electricity grids. Dániel Mráz, CEO of Prolan Zrt., also shared his professional perspective during the panel discussion dedicated to this subject.
"Grid flexibility is a key issue for both the power industry and consumers. The exchange of Polish and Hungarian experiences can bring us closer to developing an appropriate, unified national strategy. Among other things, this strategy must address how the monitoring and control of electricity fed back into the grid by household-scale renewable energy installations can be implemented."
– said Dániel Mráz.
With the increasing adoption of renewable energy sources and the growth of decentralised power generation, grid flexibility is becoming increasingly important for the safe and efficient operation of electricity systems. Prolan's energy management solutions support modern grid operation and control processes, contributing to this transition.
New Opportunities for Regional Energy Cooperation
Participation in the two events marked an important step towards further strengthening Prolan's international professional and business relationships.
The market insights gained, professional discussions held, and new connections established may contribute to identifying potential cooperation and sales opportunities in Poland.
Our company remains committed to international knowledge exchange and professional partnerships that promote the development and regional adoption of innovative energy technologies.
