The two-day professional event took place on 27–28 May 2026 in Budapest at the Mercure Budapest Castle Hill Hotel.

The conference provided an important platform for discussing current challenges, development opportunities, and future trends in railway operations, traffic management, and railway automation. Industry experts, railway operators, infrastructure managers, and technology providers gathered to exchange experiences and insights on the future of rail transport.

The topics covered during the event included traffic control, railway operations, safety, digitalization, and the role of modern signalling systems in improving efficiency and reliability across railway networks.

Ten colleagues from Prolan attended the conference, actively participating in the professional discussions and presentations.

As part of the plenary programme, Márton Feldmann, Business Unit Director of Railway Automation and Deputy CEO of Prolan, delivered a presentation entitled “Innovative Supporting Services in Traffic Management”. His presentation focused on modern technological solutions and development opportunities that can support more efficient, reliable, and intelligent railway traffic control.

For more than three decades, Prolan has been committed to developing innovative railway automation solutions that contribute to the advancement of railway transport both in Hungary and internationally. We believe that shaping the future of rail transport is a shared responsibility, driven by innovation, professional cooperation, and knowledge exchange.
