Catenary Management System (FET)

Our Catenary Management System (called FET) is an organically connected monitoring device for the automated electrified railway operation. Our system is able to monitor the energy supply of the entire railway lines and, in exceptional situations, enable rapid fault detection and intervention.

The PROLAN FET system is able to handle all the most important objects of the "overhead" railway station under a surveillance system:

• Station switchboards,
• Phase boundaries    
• Traction substations,    
• Openers line    
• Preheaters, chassis.

PROLAN's standard FET data linking system can be easily integrated with other FETs as well as the ability to provide data even to the distribution center of the power supply.
